“Raja Ampat is considered ground zero by divers everywhere.”
— The New York Times

Divers and snorkellers alike can expect to see brightly coloured tropical fish and coral, giant clams, and magnificent oceanic manta rays, all while exploring our 300,000 acre private Misool Marine Reserve. As big as all 5 boroughs of New York City combined, it teems with the kind of underwater life that most people have only seen in National Geographic specials or Finding Nemo.

House Reef: a world class shore dive

Our House Reef is a shore dive, easily accessed at any time from either the end of the jetty or the Dive Centre. On a rising tide, jump off the end of the jetty and enjoy an easy drift North through the channel, which is exposed to variable current. Schooling horse-eyed jacks congregate under the pier, joined by massive schools of fusiliers and shoals of passing anchovies. Several very large groupers make their home in the depths under the jetty, and they often appear to inspect visitors to their reef. We regularly see large black tip reef sharks patrolling the deeper areas, as well as the occasional grey reef shark.

Scooter Diving: a unique way to experience the world’s richest reefs

While diving or snorkeling is often a meditative experience, scooters inject an element of adrenaline into the moment. If you're free-diving or snorkeling, you'll be able to reach depth with min- imal air consumption. If you're diving, you'll be able to cruise into strong currents without kicking, giving you access to sharks, schooling barracudas, and other large pelagics.

The scooters can be also be ridden in a hands-free mode, which allows you to carry a camera with you. Best for snorkelers (minimum age 12) and divers who are 15 years or older and advanced open water diver.
